Please note that opened trading card packs and limited edition collectibles are final sale to ensure the integrity of our inventory.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the 'Order History' tab to locate the item you wish to return and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective sleeves and certification cards are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our specialists verify the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
